Will you be mad if Ottawa wins their next 3 thus extending the lives of CC & BM?

Will you be mad if Ottawa wins their next 3 games against Chicago, Tampa, and Boston?

This would definitely put at ease some of the talk about Murray & Clouston getting fired. With Murray's comments about not knowing what the future holds for Clouston would you be mad at the prolonged inevitability?

Or would you be glad that the team is responding and maybe going to make a real push for the playoffs?

Not one bit. I will be pissed if we go on a buying spree and finish the season in 9th in the East though.

If this team is bound to be continue at this mediocre rate then I would be way more happy ending up with a high 1st rounder then always ending up last seed or 9th/10th place.

this team needs to rebuild management out.

I will never be mad at this team for winning games. Only mad if we waste assets on going for it, where even if we do make the playoffs, we'll be out in the first round. Everything we do has to be done with the next few years in mind.

At this point I'm watching without expectations. If they play well and win, then at least I won't feel like I'm wasting my time on a team that doesn't even give a crap.

What if we don't go on a buying spree and still finish 9th?

Would you rather Coach and GM be kept for the remainder of the season then?

we have NO leaders for the future, we are a lottery team this season.... and most likely next season unless we are able to entice UFA's to come here in the summer... so yes I would be pissed since we NEED these high picks/

So far I thought many of you wanted a coaching/GM change?

Would not losing the next few games all but guarantee this?

I don't want them to lose either but it's like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey.

I can't be mad if the team is winning games. These guys are professionals after all (well, they're paid as such, they sure as hell ain't carrying themselves in that manner on the ice but that's another story) and it's their job to play hard. If the current group can pull their heads out of their collective rear ends and win some games, then so be it.

I want Clouston to finish the year as coach since I don't want these coach killers to have it their way again. I'd rather see Murray step down to let a new GM get a handle on things ASAP.

I'll be mad. Call me crazy, for me, that's just the way it is.

This season's not going anywhere and I want to see some changes and at least one significant one.

Call me crazy, but I find it tough to imagine myself getting mad at a win and cheering if we get pummeled.

No one said anything about cheering a loss.

Would you be mad at a win and cheer for a coaching/gm change if the two happened together?

3 games wont save them

what op asked is if i will be mad if we win the next 3... no i wont

but what happens after? if they keep losing after then a coaching change will occur. I rather watch good hockey games and have us win

I'm not expecting to get a top 5 pick like the majority are hoping. I figure this team will finish somewhere around the 9th-12th pick.

Yeah. It's useless now. This team won't make any noise this year.

I could never be mad at the team for winning.

But I still want Clouston/Murray gone. Whether it should happen now or at the end of the season, it needs to happen.

No, I want the team to win games.

Trades are a different story, however.

this is what i hate, nooooo let the team win games (yet with this team we're never going to be great) and let themselves lose out on lottery pick I think they should definitely bomb for a pick there's really no point we'd have to be on a damn good record to make the playoffs and the last thing we want to do is end up 9-11th even 8th because well I highly doubt we'd be able to actually go anywhere.

Winning next 3 does not equal more time for the coach and GM.. who says they're gone if Sens don't?
I don't really care what happens to them this season.. it would be nice if we got a new GM before the deadline, but whatever, poll fail.

Yep, I want changes and a top 5 pick, not Leafs 2.0 where we finish 9h.

There's certain things that can't be controlled. What can we do if this team suddenly starts to put some wins together? Play the Winchester 40 line minutes per game? Let Kuba play the full 60?

With that being said, it's a completely different matter if the GM starts pulling off some moves that boosts the team to win some games in a futile run for the 9th spot. Remember the utmost stupidity that occurred at the end of the 09 season? THAT is unacceptable and I will be beyond pissed if this crap goes down again.

I wouldn't call ya crazy, to each their own.

As far as this year goes I watch the games and I enjoy assessing the players especially the young ones...win or lose isn't really mattering for me right now...but I'd love a shot at Landeskog. That's all.
