Seriously, let the Havlat hate go for now. He's signed long-term and will be here far longer than Richards.

thanks need to find a team in NHL not smart enough to know they do not want him and that he can be a great player for them. GM is a tough job if you sign a softie for long term contract!!!!

Well a week ago everyone wanted Havlat, so either he's having a bad week or we all need new X-ray glasses.

In the long run I believe that Havlat's contract will be worth it. In the mean time I just wish he show a little heart. Maybe try and get out of his goal scoring funk with a little hustle. He is too talented of a player to produce like he is. He'll come around just like last year.

The visible lack of effort coupled with his agents recent remarks are really making people focus on the negative with Havlat. He could turn it all around with a few multi-point games in a row, though. If he bothered to try.

The simple clarification: Havlat needed the shakeup over Kobasew.

So Havlat has been fantastic since this whole thing.
I recognize that it is just a correlation, but still.

I wouldn't say fantastic but at least he's putting up the points on a somewhat consistent basis now.

Seems he just goes into multi-games lulls where he's essentially invisible. Sadly, that seems to be the team's identity at this point as well...
