Anaheim comes home after a road-trip that saw them go 2-2, with the last game being a 5-2 win in Dallas. Josh Green was called up but is not expected to play tonight, with Jason Blake likely to find his way back in after being scratched. Beleskey, Sexton and Sutton are out with Fowler being a game-time decision.
New Jersey is off to one of their worst starts in recent memory and don't seem to have much "team unity". After a rough time against the Sharks' big guns, will they do better against Anaheim's?
Let's hope this isn't another case where we help a struggling team out; I'll go with a 3-1 Ducks prediction.
I won't be around for the game, as I'll be at a Green day concert here in Costa Rica - so enjoy all and I hope to come home to a winning score
This game feels like the game against Toronto last year for me. Jersey is slumping pretty hard, and we are the perfect team to take some offensive frustration out on. My prediction is a 6-3 loss. We will go down 4-0, 2 from Kovalchuk.
The ducks' twitter said Fowler has improved a ton in the last few days, and the decision to play will be based on how he's feeling.
Last time i heard, he will be a game time desicion.
doesn't seem like he'll play tonight per oc register
Fowler, however, said he isnít going against the Devils and that a more realistic possibility would be either Saturday in San Jose against the Sharks or holding off until Wednesday at home against Tampa Bay, where he would finally be able to skate in full practices with his teammates.
i'll be at tonight's game.. as stated earlier, i hope it's not one of those helping out a struggling team games (ie last year w/ the leaf's first win).
Just tried again, didn't work. Prob a local network filtering issue. Getting there via a proxy should work, incase it doesn't, where is the stream coming from (justin.tv, ustream) and I'll try and find it the hard way.
