Do whatever you want. Seriously, I'm just going to assume no one wants to solely read a blog full of my sarcastic and self-depreciating quips.

Trademark/copyright issues. Not to say it's not awesome, just that if you sell them, you should probably expect a C&D from MSE, ASAP.

That's the thing with CafePress. It's an ad hoc service. The store can be private and you can pretty much set up any product with any logo that you want.

Example: I could set up an entire Wildicorn store, with products from hoodies to thongs to coffee mugs. Set the entire Wildicorn store to private and distribute logins. No one in the public sector (read MSE) would ever see it.

One might think I've done it before...

Well of course you're dealing with licensing issues, but it's the Wild. If the Wild don't have fans, can they make a claim of trademark infringement?

Unfortunately (in this case) Hockey's Future is a public website.

Hey Goph, I'll be willing to write up a Havlat entry, one of my favorite topics (i.e. he didn't suck as bad as everyone thinks last year, and what's going on with him this year), but want to wait another week to see how he does...small sample size and all.

Yeah, but that's just a copy and pasted image onto a dark hoodie. Not for re-sale... (yet... )

I've started something on the Wild's identity, or the lack of one. We will see how it goes. I certainly don't have the wit or flow that GS has but will try...

I'd like to do something like what Elliotte Friedman does on a weekly basis.

Kinda like what Jim Matheson does for the Edmonton Journal, or what Steve Simmons does for the Toronto Sun.

I do like the idea of delegating though. I can help with prospect stuff too.

How did you make that post without writing the word "tidbits" at least three times?

Just some banner ideas...photoshoppers I'm looking at you:

take this pic and write
BUST" across his forehead.
Above it write "The First Round Bust" and below write "Celebrating a Legacy of Poor Drafting"

Yet another James Sheppard looking clueless picture...

Who's shocked?

Anyway, can't wait to read what you guys are coming up with. Looking forward to it. And thanks for the articles already up. I hope to throw my hat into the ring at some point in the next month or so.

sorry to hijack a little bit the thread but I've made a quick James Sheppard research because I was sure he could have had some decent pictures but seriously, I couldn't find at least one haha.

here are some good ones:

ya, that's our 2006 1st round pick. funny guy...

PS: I really enjoyed the James Sheppard Appreciation thread last season.
