Well put, I don't think Morrow would have fought/chipped at Letang if he had known about the injury before hand.

I like that Letang obliged.

Letang is a tough guy who is willing to pay the body. It sounds dumb, but I will never forget him in the playoff game I went to last year, I wanna say game 3 Ottawa-Pittsburgh. Letand got tangled up with Neil and lost his helmet. Later that shift, a helmet-less Letang went to get the puck from behind the net. Neil and Chris Kelly were lining him up from a mile away, and the whole arena knew if Letang got there first he was getting cranked. But he did get there first, dished the puck to a teammate then got sandwiched into the boards without a helmet by both guys.

Always had a pretty positive impression of him.

His hand, and I dunno if you read the Pens' board, but it's popular opinion over there that Letang is the next Duncan Keith.

The sample size is small, but he's showing the same development path as Keith followed.
