Anyone have any clue what happened with Morrison and Jackman? BMO had 5:54 TOI and Jackman had 4:51. I understand that there were a lot of powerplays and PK's, so for Jackmans numbers to be low is expected, but Morrisons? He plays second line pp and some PK ?

exactly...

The Flames look like they had no confidence from the first puck drop and then they slowly got themselves into the game.

The Refs were absolutly horrible going both ways.

White had a great game.
The 3rd line was actually working hard, crashing the net!! Haven't seen enough of that this year.

Hey if Iginla can't pot some goals at least he layed a few big hits, got his nose dirty and drove the net a couple of times. I haven't seen him drive the net like that since last November.

Kipper just keeps rolling.

Sarich took 2 dumb penalties. This whole team needs to stop taking so many penalties, if the Avs had half their defense in the lineup this game would likely have a different outcome.

2pts is 2pts! nice to be back to .500.

Sutter shortened his bench & mainly rolled 3 lines.
GlenX was moved up with Olli & Bork, Hagman was moved down to 3rd line, so BMo was odd man out and put on 4th.

As for special teams, GlenX & Moss were out there for both PP & PK.

I wouldn't be too concerned. Morrison can still provide some versatility up front.
