Trying to remember a xmas cartoon from years back!! Like around 1995 ish, two young kids go buy a special snow globe and the elf named ERV comes alive inside it. Meet a witch, pretty sure snow white is involved in it somewhere as well and cinderellas glass shoe. Villain tries to ruin xmas, then at the end the elf Erv makes all the toys bigger or something like that.. i need HELp!?? its from years back! cant remember the name
