I am an architect. Presently working for a design-build firm, but waiting for the economy to rebound to start something up with a few friends & co-workers.

Need any concrete cut? I work for a selective demolition company. I work indoors, though, as an Office Lackey.
Many, many moons ago, when I still needed a bike with training wheels and stuff, my best friend and I always used to pretend we were Batman and Robin at school recess. And yea, I NEVER got to be batman.
But we didn't "fool around" then either, so no chance I'm fooling around with you!
I don't know just why, but I suddenly feel a bit insulted.
Dispatch for AAA in Delaware. 10 hour shift, 2PM-12AM 1 hour commute both ways to and from Glassboro=Long days and a lot of speeding tickets lol Couldn't tell you how many times I've been pulled over on 322
I quit school at 20, went back at 22, and am now nearly finished at Drexel.
Currently an all too recently out of work bartender, will be going into the Secret Service upon graduation.
I thought I would be getting a job with the Secret Service 6 years ago but things fell through. Passed the Polygraph and was told by other agents that I was a shoe in, only to receive a letter questioning a neck/back injury I listed on my app. Yes, 10 months into the process they JUST FREAKING REALIZE that I listed that I had a serious injury in highschool and now wanted me to see an Ortheopedic Surgeon. I did, he gave me a clean bill of health, and 2 weeks later I receive a letter that I am no longer a candidate. Talk about completely jerking me around. I probably would have hated my initial assignment anyway. They told me I would be assigned to the Whitehouse as Security Detail which would require standing for most of the time. The hours I was told I would be working for the first year would be horrible as well. I make much more now that I would have had I gotten that job so no big loss.
I am an IT recruiter, i place qualified individuals into contract/full time positions through out the philadelphia and delaware areas. I place people usually have skills in programming, web development, infrastructure , QA, ETC....
If anyone is looking for a new position or currently looking in the IT world please let me know i would love to help a fellow flyers fan.
I am a senior Electrical Engineer at Rowan University. I am currently working on my master's thesis which is in the biomedical signal processing field; however, my area of research interest involves biomedical signal processing, speech signal processing and pattern recognition in neural network architecture.
I also currently am employed at Lockheed Martin as an intern in Moorestown, NJ working on the cabling design of various naval ships (both domestic and foreign), which is not at all what I want to do with the rest of my life - hence the pursuit of a masters.
When all is said and done I want to have my PhD and either be a head design engineer in one of the fields mentioned above or working as a professor.

I certainly am! I currently work in a casino but the drive from Philly to Atlantic City is getting old. I've been looking in the Philly area for the last couple months or so but haven't found anything yet. I mostly work the help desk and monitor systems.

Recently graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, with a concentration in Biomechanics and Human Performance.
Currently working as a 'Project Engineer' basically and AutoCAD/machine programmer for S&W Race Cars.
Looking for a new job if anyone knows of any positions in manufacturing, industrial consulting, surgical implant/tool design, or sports equipment design.
Dream job is to take a few sports equipment designs that I am working on patenting and build the next Nike-like empire. Already made business cards:
I don't check the email though, so don't try and contact me there if you have a job opportunity...
I'm currently at University of Glamorgan in Wales finishing a BA (Hons) Business Excellence - Marketing degree. Before coming here I completed a marketing diploma at a college in Canada, while working part-time at Colt Canada as a Contracts Adminstrator selling mostly C7 and C9 auto/semi auto weapon systems to various governments, as well as part-time working for the Kitchener Rangers as a Game Operations intern, running the events etc that take place throughout a game.
When i'm done school i'll be looking for marketing work in the hockey industry in some capacity.

Glad to here there are jobs for history majors. Did you minor in business or something?
Nope, didn't minor in anything. I just killed the interview, they didn't really care about my major. Besides, all this job really requires is the ability to analyze marketplace data and think critically, as it pertains to accurately pricing the inventory.
Craigslist is your friend. Scour the site and send out a resume to every job listing that even mildly interests you, you're bound to get a bite.
