yeah, my friends in Cali love the fact that the 4pm games are over at 4pm (PT) so they have the rest of the afternoon to enjoy.

Crosby couldn't have lifted it in that situation / in that close of an angle / at that speed.
There was no defenseman, he was breaking against Young Future Star NHL Player Taylor Hall and he had excellent protection on the puck. He had 'bulin beat, he just shot wide. All he had to do was to have a little patience, rotate, and go roof daddy on that shot. Crosby would have hit that 10/10 times.

Irrelevant that it was a forward. The guy was coming back to cut him off and Cally had to go wide to pick up the puck and still beat him cleanly to the net. I thought Cally got the shot on net but Khabibulin made a pad save. I could be wrong about that, though. I didn't see the replay. You clearly have never played hockey if you think all he had to do was "go roof daddy!" Yea man! He just needed to have a little patience while he was going full speed across the crease with pressure on him right on the edge of the crease. So silly.

No, Cally shot the puck wide, it's pretty evident on the replay. And I clearly have never played hockey. Dude, I play D2 college hockey and I have been playing my entire life. It's a move I have personally made many times throughout my life and one that Cally could have made with a little patience. He felt the pressure and made his move when I personally think he didn't have to. S'all good, chill.

Yes, I'm sure your D2 hockey experience was just like NHL speed. How come you never played in the NHL? All you had to do was roof daddy it a little bit more man.

I'm sick of hearing about how good the Oilers are, especially obnoxious after a goal.
