Good tilt, slight edge to Boogaard got 3 good punches on Mac.

Both fights looked pretty even to me. Boogie needs to lose a few more pounds. Mac looked a bit quicker and I'm assuming the weight difference had a bit to do with it.

I give the first one to Boogaard. He controlled the fight. I thought the refs came in a little early. MacIntyre can go for a long time even after taking huge bombs.

The second fight was a draw. Both landed some solid shots. Again, I thought the refs came in to soon.

Definitely thought Boogaard took the first one, looked to be in control the whole time. The second one was a draw, if it had gone on longer it looked like MacIntyre was setting himself up well.

Yeah I'd agree with this. No really huge hits in either fight, but Boogaard landed some heavy ones to the side of MacIntyre's head and controlled the fight.

Second one was closer...MacIntyre pushed Boogaard around a bit at first but never really took advantage

I'd give Boogaard the first one, call the second one a solid draw, nice to see Big Mac standing in for a teammate.

The Avery hit and subsequent blow-out happened after the 2 big fights. These guys were simply gonna go.

The first fight was a clear win for Boogaard. Anyone that thinks it was a draw is either blind or an Oiler homer. The second fight was a nothing fight.

Obviously, Boogey got some good punches slight edge to him. Otherwise it was a draw since neither player got to finish since the refs came in.

Nothing impressive in either fight. The couple of shots Boogaard connected with after MacIntyre's helmet came off in the first fight didn't have much effect.

I'm an oiler fan and it sort of looked like Boogard asked if Macintyre wanted to stop. MacIntyre was in a bit of trouble imo. Classy move by Boogaard. Crosby never would have done that.

Probably league minimum again. Maybe he gets a slight raise.

Agreed. The money Boogaard and Shelley got this past offseason was definitely surprising. I think league minimum is a safe bet.

Stevie Mac must be pissed Boogard is in contention for the Richard.

Boogey owned the first one.

Second one I'd give the slight edge to Mac, but it was essentially a draw.
