Going to the game tonight. Even though the Flyers are a Hab rival, I love watching them play. Here's to a good game!

I already made a thread about when the letdown game is, and i said it will be this game. Coming off a game last night, plus maybe a bit of cockiness since they easily handled the Canadians last time. Canadians are going to want revenge and being at home is going to rile them up combined with the flyers going to play tired/half assed. I easily see it.

Another great song choice MSE! Although I have an obvious bias ;p

Hopefully Lavy's time management from last game left them with enough gas in the tank for a good effort tonight.

Let us ride Bobo!

Regardless, it's way too much for a rookie. Maybe we'll get lucky and have the next Brodeur, Kipper, Nabokov, Miller type that's a 70+ game starter. But none of them did it as a rookie.
No, he isn't. He's played 14 out of 18. That's a 64 game pace.
NHL's on pace stat is moronic. That would assume he's going to play every game from here on out. That's not "on pace".

I would say that Halak was the only thing that kept the Habs alive, but we beat him up, aswell.

Anyways, fond memories of Price in net:

Yeah, you're right, the fact that we're 9-0-1 in our last 10 without the help of Michael Leighton is a mirage. We're screwed. All hail Jesus Price, who carried the Canadiens last year, right?

Markov can't catch a friggin' break. I feel for the guy.

Wouldn't mind seeing Boosh start.

He's not "on pace" for 78 games. He's started 14 of 18 games, and he's not gonna start every single game for the rest of the year. Jesus.

If you take 14 (games he's started) and divide it by 18 (the number of games we've played), and multiply that number by total games in a season (82), then you get 64. That's what he's on pace for.

To be on pace for 78, he'd have to start every single game for the rest of the season. Yea, not gonna happen.

OMG did I just read that Leighton carried the team in the playoffs???

Markov tore the same acl and needs surgery. Gone 6 months which takes him through till mid-May so he could be gone for the year or worse.
