They are lucky the lines were redrawn given District 5 runs from Stillwater to Edina and includes both Minneapolis and St. Paul. That's like half the population in the state.

The Ducks played last night, in Dallas. They got in late. Normally, I think we do fairly well against teams on the 2nd night of a back to back and we are fresh. Normally, the ice is slanted that way.

However, the Ducks also lost last night in a somewhat controversial manner. They started Hiller last night, so they will probably go with McElhinney tonight. The Wild have a tendency to make back-up goaltenders look good. Although, the one time we faced McElhinney last season, I think we won.

I think the Wild lose tonight, in a shootout, 3-2.

Scoring for the Ducks - Koivu and Selanne, with Getzlaf getting the only shootout goal.
Scoring for the Wild - Brunette and Cullen, both on the power play.
We make everyone but Luongo look good.

Wild take this one 4-2.

Forgot to make my prediction. 5-2 Ducks tonight. Wild will be flat, fail to own the puck in their own end and give up two or so head scratchers. Ryan gets two goals.

That's like three drinks for you Generic User.

I also think someone needs to make a game out of guessing who is picking who for Light the Lamp. Just went 4/6 (stupid fans actually picking the goalie).

New game: Shots or Penalty Minutes?

In every period, which will the Wild have more of, Shots or Penalty Minutes?

For the 1st, I'm gonna say shots.

The second period is a lock for more penalty minutes right?

Seen on twitter this is game of the week at ESPN and Pierre and Burnside are having a live chat during it. I'm at the game so I can't check it out but someone should...

I think shots might win out - that's four in three minutes plus a pipe.

So they ****ed up Jason Blake? What's the ruling on the drinking game for messing up the name of a Minnesotan? That can't be good.

Clutterbuck should have been more aware of his surroundings.

I'm looking at it now. They are currently talking about the Leafs. Pretty weak. They have a poll on the page, it is:

"What will be the playoff fates of Minnesota and Anaheim?
1. Anaheim alone
2. Minny alone
3. Both
4. Neither
