Nashville Predators @ Montreal Canadiens - 7:30PM EST (RDS HD,FS-TN HD,TSN-HABS HD)

Thu, Nov 18, 2010 - 7:30PM EST
Bell Centre, Montreal QC

NHL.comThursday marks the return of Sergei Kostitsyn to the Bell Centre since the left wing was traded to the Predators last June for Dustin Boyd and the rights to goaltender Dan Ellis. It will be the first time that Kostitsyn and his brother, Habs forward Andrei Kostitsyn, face each other in an NHL game. It will also be Nashville defenseman Francis Boullion's first time back in Montreal. Bouillon suited up for the Canadiens over a span of nine seasons.

AK fights SK tonight

Seriously that would be hilarious.

Completely OT, but does anyone know if my Price avy is from pre-season 05' or 06'? I know its pre-season cause he never wore those pads and helmet in a regular game.

Nice GDT AK.
After a win against the flyeuses, overconfidence can be a *****.

Awards:
Strike 'em when they're down!

A loss to Toronto, after leading 4-1 in the second period, has to have Nashville's moral at an all-time low. But Habs best not be too over-confident, because if you take the Preds for granted, they'll bite you in the arse.

Go Habs! 4-2.

If Price starts tonight, Auld might well not play until @Atl next Fri or at home vs. Buff next Sat. I don't want us giving any gifts to Toronto, and I can't see throwing Auld out against either Philly or LA.

Still can't look past tonight. Good time to take a win.

Back to back shutouts?? (Nashville certainly is not an offensive powerhouse)

Pyatt is still pointless. Eller and Gill are scoreless.
Eller really reminds me of Pacioretty of 1-2 years ago.

I think it'd be more likely for Andrei to attack someone on his own team for checking his brother.

Nashville can make the Habs fall asleep with their style like NJ. Hopefully, Price can keep the Habs in the game and help them win this one.

pyatt pk has been very good, point players need to respect his breakout speed. And i think it fair to say that Eller needs to play at center with some scoring wingers. Playing on the fourth line, with no ice time in third periods is not the best.

Why not send Eller down to Hamilton to play big minutes ans regain his offensive abilities. Now that Halak is showing some weakenesses, Gauthier could send down Ellet to hamilton without loosing the face.

The way Price is playing, why are we talking about Auld's next start?

Gorges is a go. Halpern is game time decision. Per Martin Mcguire.

wow so Boyd might be a go against his old team. I hope Halpern is a go but I wouldn't mind him taking a break and giving Boyd a shot maybe putting some pressure on Pyatt for next game

I would play Auld tonight. Price has had a very heavy work load. Despite his young age, he needs rest or else he will be burnt come spring.
