Dont really need anybody to tell anyone. It is an obvious move. He WILL get in no matter what, since he was a great great coach in the NHL. They had a chance to earn some goodwill by getting him into the HHOF but they for some reason delayed it. It was a dumb move.

Truly a one of a kind coach. He should undoubtedly be inducted into the HOF, what a travesty that he hasn't been.
