It's time for The Godfather to return!

Oh and some guy named Marian Gaborik. And Derek Boogaard. But mostly The Godfather - may our pitchforks be sharpened and our torches lit!

I predict we will make a lot of changes on the fly and win 4-1.

Anyone else feel like Robbie Earl derserves an everyday spot in the NHL lineup? The kid has wheels, he hits, and can score. Plays similar to clutter. Not as big of a hitter but similar style. And i think he is pretty consistent with his effort.

he's playin his 4th line role well, and is more noticeable than kobasew imo.

In a perfect world, no. Earl can play in the NHL, but he's not a top-six player on a good team and he's not a grinder.

So, since i predicted the 4-3 wild win last night, and Madden getting the game winner, ill go out on a limb and say wild start of slow but survive 1st down by a goal, and take over the last 2 periods, winning 3-1 over the rangers.

Cullen, Barker, and havlat with the goals.

So, we won last night, and 3 in a row, yet we're in 9th in the conference. The boys better win, keep Gaborik in check and we should win. 4-1 win with goals coming from Brunette, Scandella, Havlat, and Wellman.

Talking point 1: We Appreciate Doug Risebrough

Talking point 2: Getting to Know Your Opposition: New York Rangers

Talking point 3: Who wants to see Minnesota win? I know I do. Let's play hockey!

Were actually higher than 9th, just disregard the Ducks and Hawks because they have played a few more games. They won't be up there for long.

robbie earl doesn't have a place on a decent NHL team, but he's a good call up. i do think he's good to throw up there on the top line if someone (brunette, last night) gets caught on the ice for an extended period of time and can't go the next time line one is up. that line immediately looked more dangerous just because Earl was flying around.

I better get a bobblehead!

4-2 wild. Koivu gets another along with Wellman, Havlat, and Clutterbuck (have to ride the hot hand here)

Boogard with one of the Ranger goals......

Ranger fan here coming in peace.

Here's to hoping for a good game! Also, I was wondering -- how has Havlat been for you guys thus far this season? I don't want to look at stats alone so I figured asking you fellas would work out better. I was curious because his agent had that tirade and rant about how he was being underutilized or whatevs.

I was just thinking about this, both teams playing back to back, one clutched out an OT win and one got dominated.

Hopefully makes for an interesting game.

He's been playing well the past three games but before that he was underachieving like the rest of the top-six.

He has been getting points all year but until recently he wasn't a difference maker.
