Is the point of coaching to set up obstacles and see if your players overcome them by abandoning their defensive responsibilities? Or is it to put your players in the best possible scenario to succeed so that you win games?
I have no idea what the coaching staff on this team do. Whatever it is, from an offensive perspective, it's not working.

You are right, but even so I'd much rather see Regin or Shannon up there. Michalek just does not produce when he is playing against other team's top D pairings. He needs to be on the 2nd line, playing against the other teams 2nd/3rd lines, 2nd D pairings to be successful.
