Just got back home, tuned in and saw Glencross moving towards Bob.

Nodl with a Richard-esque steal there.

JvR and Richards are starting to build some chemistry. That would be huge for us.

OK, their problems with Bobrovsky's name now become comical.

Nice save there though.

Angry Zherdev.....never seen that before. That was a late hit there.

Like that O'Donnel jumps in there even though it moves the faceoff out. Would rather see them stick up for each other.

I like that right there from Z... a Flame took a run at him after he'd already released the puck, so Z comes in after the whistle and lets the guy know he's not going to take his ****.

Z is such a *****. Sorry but he is. That scrum was because of him and he didn't even give an effort to be a part of it. It took ODonnell coming from the blue line to deal with it.

Edit- forget it. After I saw the replay he was in there after all.

Yep, goes right after him. And O'Donnel doe snot hesitate to come in and back him up. With Powe and Betts out there (even though Powe will fight) its nice to see someone a big bigger and better fighter get right in there to back him up.

I hope JvR can keep this up, he is getting the break he was not before. But alot of that is him making the breaks, by working hard, doing the dirty work, and driving to the net.

O'Donnell is on WIP now talking about it. "I'd have to see it (the play) again, but it looked, and it happened real fast, that maybe Giroux was hit late."

Glad to see the pucks going in for JVR. He worked really hard but just couldn't buy a goal and ended up taking a big hit to his confidence. Hopefully this little spurt in production is a sign of things to come.
