The Thrashers are a lot better than last season and they now have some very good key players.

According to RDS, JM doesn't expect to make any line changes from last game so I think we'd see Pouliot - Eller - Darche again.
I don't know what the oddsmakers say but I'd make the Thrashers slight favorites in this game. The Habs need a win to holf off the Bruins in the Northeast but they can't use Price in every game. Like other posters, I'm curious to see if uniting Eller with Pouloit and Darche will amount to a third line with scoring potential. At least every member of the line is over 6' and 200 lb.
Why the hell don't they leave Weber down in Hamilton? I wouldn't say anything if he actually played, but sitting in the press box every other game and getting 10 min TOI if he's in the line-up is a bad option for him and for MTL..
He had so many call-ups last year which made him struggle a little bit, why not just letting him play a full AHL season and then give him a real shot in the NHL?
He was almost a PPG player there and leading a good AHL team can only be positive for his development, IMO.
Auld in auld, i expect this to be a big battle. I hope the habs dont take them lightly, the trashes should not be underestimated. If mtl plays with the same energy as they did the kings. i say we win this one 3-2!

He has only been up for a little while and I am sure he is happy to get an NHL paycheck just before the holidays as well, not uncommon for teams to call players up for a while as a reward even if they aren't going to use him.
I am not as nervous about this game as some of you, the Habs are playing like a well oiled machine and I expect another W regardless of who is in nets, go Habs!
Comparing the GDT records of people who make humble GDTs like this one versus mine with the cocky (funny yes, but still cocky) photoshops is making me think I should tone it down!
Anyway, GO HABS GO! Atlanta shouldn't be taken lightly and they play a style that should be well suited to challenge us.
