Fot Waterloo, Cammarata had 1g + 2a, Hinostroza 2g, McCoshen had 1a, and Kloos had 2g + 1a. Box score is on the USHL site.

There are also some highlights up as well.

with the exception of Ozhiganov (92) (who's recovering from injury) and Fefelov (93) the majority of the Red Army roster was 95/96 born with a few 94

cool...thanks! Keep us updated. CSKA in Switzerland lost to HC Davos. Davos announced Nash and Thornton will play in Davos in the event of an NHL lockout.

In looking at the RA roster it does look quite different from the team that played last season. I know they may lose a good number of players to the KHL and North America but how many players that will be with the team in the MHL this whole upcoming season played for them?

Good day for the MHL teams. It seems the first two games were pretty tightly contested, both having a final score of 4-2 with an empty netter each. The last game with the Finns was more comfortable for Atlant though with a 5-1 margin.

True, according to Khimik press Swedes demonstrated a very mature style play and look ready for World Cup.

Khimik took a monstrous hit in the roster as well as red army from last year. 11 players (including two top lines are gone) A lot of guys on Khimik were playing MHL-B last year for different Moscow area teams.

The roster that beat Sudbury today - only 5 players played for Red Army last year: Lisov, Ogurtsov, Timirev, Blazhievskiy, and Ozhiganov. There are 4 more players on the NT in Hlinka tournament, but only Mamin played in the MHL last year. Prokhorkin is on the U20 team; Gusev, Lyubimov, Marchenko, Barbashev are all eligable but will be vying for a spot on CSKA (frist two are rumored to be joining the THK in the VHL with Ozhiganov) We had also lost some players to other MHL teams, so a new team completely this year.

Atlant, imho, will be pushing for the MHL title, if not the western conference for sure.

I saw a roster of the Sudbury team on the CHL website a few days ago, but just checked again and the roster has been removed, however there's a video interview with the coach on the website.

Saw video of the Sudbary v Red Army game on sportbox.ru

Don't you mean Sadbury? XD That's what it says, over and over again, on the official World Cup website... It's quite funny actually, even though the name itself sounds pretty depressing. Poor Sadbury!

Is that what it says, Sadbury? That's what it would sound like with an American accent, say somebody from New York state. Sadbury. I've been to Sadbury once! it's a cool town.

Haha, really? I used to live in New York, so I'm familiar with the accent, but didn't think about it like that ^^ I'm sure you're right, though
Yup, it says Sadbury pretty much everywhere on the website, it's pretty bad...! But then again, the site as a whole isn't that great. The description of Linköping I'm pretty sure they just made up on the spot, because almost everything in there is new to me... I'm just hoping that their coverage of the tournament itself will be better than what they've done so far on there :p

Do you mean the Linköping stuff? I seriously doubt that; I'm guessing the people who wrote it are not very good at English and kind of just interpreted everything in their own way... But some things I have NO idea where they got it from, they're just miles off, like the part where they think Ottosson (-92) and Nermark (-93) are big stars that together scored 55 points in Elitserien last year... Yeah, Ottosson played 15 games and had 1 assist, and Nermark had 17 games and no points. I'm not sure what they smoked when they wrote that text, but it must have been some pretty strong stuff :p

RA is a VERY different team this year. But still an interesting pool of prospects. A lot of eligible, ex-stars, graduates are missing to CSKA, NA and some just moved on, perhaps too many to list...

Atlant IMO, may be the strongest team in MHL right now. Very few of their leaders have moved on, and they had a good pool of prospects to start with.

I got a few responses from one of the guys on Twitter, I think he's VP or smthng, his name escapes me right now. But the suggestions weren't put through anyway. One was to add Birth year to statistics, so we could easily sort out U20,U18 players and so on. I know eliteprospects do it, but it takes them a while sometimes to catch up on stats, often after the tournament is over.
