The Kings are built to win 2-1 hockey games. Unfortunately it's not 1999 anymore and this style of hockey our coach and GM preach is extinct.

Kings got a little hot when the 2nd line was playing over their heads. Now our lack of skill is showing.

The Hawks are a good team but this was a back-to-back game. If we can't beat the tired hawks, we are screwed in the POs.

You do know the Blackhawks have probably the best defensive pairing in the ENTIRE NHL. How about giving them some credit. The Kings didn't have two many defense break downs, that second goal was kind of a fluke.

At this point, I think it is undeniable the Kings have 3 big problems.

1) Lack of offensive skill.
2) Lack of speed/skating.
3) Faceoffs.

This team still has a gaping hole on the first line.

Meh, we're basically in a gigantic custer**** called the Western Conference. We're like one point away from 3rd, but a few away from 13th.

Seriously, the next four games are going to dictate the season. We need to at least win three out of the four. If we continue this losing streak, we're going to be in huge trouble

I'll give them credit. Chicago outplayed the Kings. Chicago played well and the Kings played like ****. Lucky to only lose by 1 goal.

Simmer looked really good on the 1st Line. He made some space for Kopi, and he played with fire.

Hardly. Let's not turn this into a whine fest about a good goal.

Ugh, the game against the Ducks is huge. If we lose, we pretty much fall into the last place of the Pacific. A win and we might jump up to 1st.

Fact of ther matter is our 3rd and 4th lines are stock full of rookies. If line's 1 and 2 are off, we are in trouble.

6-8 goon of Chicago just went blasting away at Westy's face. Westgarth didn't have the strength or balance to get past his reach.

... How did it go in then? I saw it hit Kane's glove on two replays. You tell me.

And did I whine about it? It was a bad break. Gonna deny that?

Pretty much just a fluke Goal, it looked like Kane was even trying to ease up cause he might run into Quick.

It was not "batted in" as you claimed.

I didn't see where the puck went off Kane. Assuming his body. Kane had his hands on his stick the whole time and didn't really see much pushing motion.
