A good, active stick by Weber on that 3-on-1 he was forced to defend against.

Even though he got caught there, I like that about Picard. He's not scared to pinch to try to make a play -- he never takes his foot off go.

He also seems to have confidence in whoever he plays defense with, even though if we got scored on, it could cost him his spot. I like that too.

A chance to play in a significant role is what Weber needed to show how he could play.

If we keep giving him games to play and we give him some real ice time, I could really see Weber being an important part of our defence.
