this has to be the lowest point of me following the leafs for the last 15 years plus..

but as much as i hate it, i think it's better to lose than to be so-so again and again

clearly burke's strategy is not working, and i'd rather see it blow in his face than see him become somewhat validated with a 10th place finish

we need a classic rebuild and that's what we need or we're ****ing cursed

Here is my theory.

If burke fires wilson, he is admitting that it's "his" man that was apart of the problem. Which means that he is basically saying that burke is also a problem. Which is telling owners they made a problem with signing burke = Burke gets fired for basically firing wilson.

I dono, but that's my theory.

Summary: if burke fires wilson, he is basically firing himself.
