It seems you have forgotten the legend that is Mitch Fritz.

If I played for the Isles I would certainly play like I cared but it doesn't mean I belong on the team

hey is this game in HD on MSG Plus 2???

I watched the NYR broadcast for the 1st 2 periods cause I 1) wanted a break from Butch and 2) I hate SD.

But the intermission report is in HD. Could it be? Dolan finally got around to giving us a 3rd HD channel?

Yup, ladies and gentleman. Butch Goring has not only had a few, but he is actually calling this game in a full no holds barred black out. He is saying things he normally wouldn't say sober.

"Gervais is playing the best hockey I think I have ever scene him play"

Just got to turn on the game- we're losing, no shock there.

How has Hamonic been?

Considering Kirk Muller may have donned it like once, wouldn't he qualify- since Sim has actually played for us?

I think that Shot went in- Thought I saw the gatorade bottle move

Jeez, anyone else get the feeling that this game is already over? Can the Islanders score another goal this week or was the 5 they scored last night enough to fill their quota?

He's made a couple of rookie mistakes. But right now I gotta say, he's the 2nd best NYI Dman.

He's been impressive since his callup.

Not to beat a dead fat coach, but Capuano doesn't coach. When things aren't working, he just keeps things the same. No adjustments. No alterations. Just keep at it boys. Maybe something good will happen!

Glad to hear it, despite the fact that calling him our second best defenseman is akin to calling him the second fastest turtle I'll still take it none the less

Did Hillen seriously just let that Ranger forward stand behind him in front of the goalie there? He's very fortunate that didn't go bad.

Hamonic is on the doorstep, that 1st NHL goal is coming, if not this game then soon

So...who thinks they are going to tie this up?

Oh, and Hammer has looked solid, his positioning and physicality is a welcome sight. Looks better than he did down in Bridge.
