It is way too early for that.

Last year BOS/PHI ticket info came out at the end of August, so it will be a very long time before you even know when they will be available. The tickets will probably go on sale around November-ish as they would for a normal game around then.

I thought I would bump this thread. Any idea if there is an update to get tickets for the winter classic in February?

as a gamepack holder we were notified that news was still forthcoming and a separate sale was going to happen aside from the regular season single games on sale now.

I talked to the Flames ticket office yesterday.

Because its an NHL Event, the NHL determines how many tickets will be made available and the price structure.

Flames staff will be meeting with the NHL soon to learn the details so I assume we should hear something in October or November.

They told me to keep watching and that the info wont be released until at least November.

Because it is technically a home game, do season ticket holder get tickets? Because that would be good for me.

You guys get first dibs, I think they said that earlier. You might still have to buy them though.

I assume seasons ticket holders would get first dibs. McMahon holds about 35,000 people. Do the Flames have about 15,000 seasons ticket holders? If so 20,000 seats would still be available for sale, should be a fun one.

McMahon holds 38,205 people. If I remember correctly they cap the amount of season ticket holders just above 14000 people.

Also Stamp season ticket holders also get first dibs. But I can't imagine the number of season ticket holders being that high. Probably around 5000 tops, but thats just a guess. Either way it wont be to unlikely to be able to attend without season tickets.

Yes, season ticket holders get the opportunity to purchase tickets first.

For example, if you have two season ticket seats, you'll be able to purchase two tickets to the Heritage Classic.

I don't have seasons because I don't live in Calgary, but whenever I go to a game I mooch some corporate tickets so hopefully they'll buy them, or they will be included.

I can't see more than $180 (as that is most most in the Dome if I'm right) and there should probably be some cheaper ones for $30 I'm thinking. But none of that info has been released.

Latest update to Flames Season Ticket Holders.

As we get closer to the start of our regular season, excitement is building for the Heritage Classic on February 20th and we wanted to give you a quick update on your ticketing option.
We are currently working with the NHL on finalizing the ticketing component for the Heritage Classic. Season Ticket Holders will have the first option to purchase tickets for the game. Details on when and how you can purchase your tickets will be confirmed in the coming weeks. Once finalized, your ticketing option will be sent to you via email and mail.
Please note that as this is a National Hockey League event, the NHL also has a Heritage Classic ticket inventory.

An on-sale ticket lottery for the general public will be handled and communicated by the NHL in November. Please check nhl.com for more Heritage Classic details.
