That just ****ing sums it up, doesn't it? Daley and Niskanen both pursue a puck slowly drifting out of the zone, run into each other, and the puck gets out. NOTHING GOOD EVER HAPPENS WITH BOTH OF THEM ON THE ICE
Different positional roles. On the PP, at least, Morrow and Ott switch out as crease monkey, Eriksson and Neal rotate as the slot sniper and Ribeiro and Benn rotate as the half-wall center. If Neal is going to switch with someone to move to the first unit PP, it's going to be Eriksson.
However, they both kind of suck as crease monkey so the powerplay looks like crap.
For all his offensive creativity Richards has been incredibly predictable on the powerplay. He wasn't nearly as singularly focused on firing pucks into crowds last year. We need to find a onetimer threat as well.
Was that Yote not tied down? It didn't look like it, and he has to be tossed if he wasn't.
You only get tossed if the jersey comes completely off during a fight.

It pains me to see that being called a penalty in the NHL. The way Fiddler and most NHL players are all up in arms every time they can't hold onto their own stick makes me want to puke. Back in the day when I used to play, and I'm not that old by the way, we were told to hold onto our stick tighter in those situations. I would have been livid if that went our way.
From Mark's blog. Lehtonen not expected to play Monday
Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen, who has missed the last three games with a sore back, will likely miss a fourth straight game. Stars coach Marc Crawford said he is not expected to play Monday at San Jose. Andrew Raycroft is expected get the get his fourth straight start.
