SIMMONDS and CLIFFORD should play on the same line

Good things seem to happen when they man the wings on the same line. I think they help each other offensively, and they certainly are not fun to play against.

(Sing to the melody of ("We Shall Overcome"):

Simmonds and Clifford together
Simmonds and Clifford together
Simmonds and Clifford to-ge-ther-er-er-er
Deep in my heart, I believe we need...
Simmonds and Clifford to ge-e-ther

Well, why don't you just make a video and put it on youtube?

I feel like you made probably the two toughest guys on our team seem really gay.

However, I do agree that they should play on the same line.

Murray must read the forums...

Honestly, if he did that, he'd have fired himself by now.

Poni has been awful, some people are defending him, but we lost Frolov, who was way better with the puck for this cream puff. I know Fro isn't tearing it up in NY, but both have been in there current coaches doghouse.

So looks like Sturm may be ready sooner than anticipated and will be skating with Kopitar and Brown, with Williams returning to the line he started the season, with Stoll and Smyth. I like the line of Clifford, Handzus and Simmonds, and who knows what the fourth line will look like.

Westgarth is utterly useless in the NHL. He just is not ready or hasn't shown he is cut out to play in the NHL (least not yet). George Parros he is not. I guess Ponikarovsky and Lewis will be skating on the fourth line with possibly Moller or Zeiler on RW.

Poni is being used wrong. He should be on the PP and used as a top 6 forward. He is best in front of the net so playing with Williams and Kopi would be perfect. Brown goes with Smyth and Stoll. And by the way with Mitchell out look for Quicks GAA to go up and the Kings back to .500 Hockey.

Poni or Smyth/Kopitar/Williams
Smyth or Poni/Stoll/Brown
Clifford/Handzus/Simmonds
Burp/Cough/Fart

P.S. I forgot about Sturm he should be injured again within 5 games.

We need to be careful with this thread, we already have 2 butt-buddies in Kopitar and Brown, we don't want our entire team holding hands and signing "happy together"

People are pooping on Westgarth and wondering why Poni isn't getting more ice time. Are you joking? At least Westy is trying to stir it up...his job is to stand up for his team mates and be a good team guy and effective on the forecheck...he is doing that...

Poni's job is to score goals and play well defensively. He has done neither. 5 points in 17 games? Patrick O'Sullivan has the same stats in just 3 more games.

Actually, who gives a crap what any of you say, TM saw what I saw last night and moved Poni down and Westy up. He did that for a reason.
