19 down, 31 to go.

Quicks GAA dips back under 2.

Total team effort. Not much anyone could complain about after this one, but I'm sure someone will try. Westgarth anyone?

Brown is just more comfortable playing RW. I don't care that he scored his last goal by driving from the LW, he just looked much better all game on his natural side.

I liked the speed that Sturm brings to the Kings. Not a bad first game since May for Sturm. Had some jump and didn't look lost defensively.

They smelled blood after that 3rd goal, which was a pleasure to see.

Team played great. Smyth did his best to kill second line momentum.

Yeah, can't say I expected anymore out of Sturm. But good to see that he was at least skating well. Once he feels more comfortable he'll probably add a little more.

Great game by the #1 center.

Great effort tonight. I couldn't find something to be dissatisfied with even if I tried my damnedest.

- Johnson, Scuderi, and Doughty were all beastly. Love to see Scuds get the 1 and 1. He deserves it. Johnson was so smart with stepping up at the right time, every time tonight.

- Kopitar looked inspired tonight. Drove the net hard and with confidence.

- Brown. Nothing really needs to be said.

- Nice for Quick to get the shutout. He wasn't tested a ton but made some few really nice saves. Great team shutout.

3 monsters of the game:

Brown

Kopitar

Quick

Sturm looked good and fast for his first game back in so long. More than once his speed surprised the Avs defenseman and created loose pucks. Also had a couple of good scoring chances.

We won so I don't want to ***** about the refs......let's just say all three judges scored that dive a "10".

Most complete game of the season. 60 minutes of brilliant hockey. Quick made the saves when needed and the Kings attacked as a 5 man unit.

I could watch that game again.

The 4th line was excellent. Lewis is making the Demitra trade look much better.

I thought he was a bust? If you're not in the NHL by 21, you suck.

That headfake by Johnson must've really caught Anderson on the 5th goal.
