Good job by Fistric to snuff out that last rush.

Richards leads the NHL in shootout goals?

Didn't even know that.

Crow better have him in there tonight.

We deserved that loss. Calgary was way better than us tonight.

This is starting to remind me of when the Rangers didn't have the money to water their field at the ballpark and patches turned brown and died... our ice surface is reaching new lows.

Alright, it seems my stream was lagging.

Flames steal one, Dallas gets another loser point.

I hate those things!

Stars owe that point to Lethonen. The better team really won tonight. I wouldn't read anything into the performance though.

Stars deserved this loss and were lucky to get a loser point out of this game.

btw, i dont think we can send enough praise Lethonens way. The guy is amazing. Very seldom have I seen a goal on him this year where I thought he should have had it. The only knock I can see on him is his puckhandling, and I'm not even sure that it's not simply average rather than all-world like Turco. How glad are we the Stars didn't just sign Kari to a one year deal this offseason?

You could see the stars ..not limping, but looking for that Christmas break finish line, they need a breather, all be it a small one.

4 Huge games coming up.

Phoenix
@Nashville
Detroit - (no datsyuk-phew)

and vancouver on New years eve

win 3 of 4 and i think everyone will belive the Dallas stars are legit this season.

3 of 4 seems pretty lofty in my book, those are teams we don't historically do well against minus Vancouver, and I guess lately Detroit. I didn't see the game but I'm surprised we lost. We seem to be winning against all the worst teams this year, unlike most years.

Yeah, we've beaten Detroit twice, but balanced that out with losses to Toronto and Calgary.

Gotta beat the weaklings if you want to separate yourself from the pretenders.

Disagree.

Phoenix will probably be still without Brygalov, so at home i back us to beat labarbera, Detroit is without datsyuk so at home we can beat them seeing that we have twice when he was in the line up, nashville will be tough, it will be low scoring but still winnable and Vancouver is the toughest on the slate but again, i think we can beat them at home.

I EXPEcT 3 out of 4.
