this isnt the John Anderson Thrashers...we can actually forecheck now. we dont rely on goals off the rush anymore

Can't wait til the 2nd week of January when we can finally get a practice in. The schedule makers are killing us.

Even rain and epic music can't make Crosby look scary.

I think Meyer might be the guy tonight. He's got jump and can handle the puck.

This game saddens me...

EDIT: If Sopel wasn't on this PK, it would be much worse.

weird 1st..the efforts there 5 on 5, didnt really like the special teams play though

Little line is workin it..he's beginning to remind me of Krejci...Burmi does indeed look tired, he could probably benefit from a night in the pressbox, nothing wrong with havin a look from above..liking Modin again, he's a solid piece

I'm sick of them not putting pucks on net. Our bread and butter has been rebound goals.

agree on Modin, he has been solid since coming back

Problem is we dont have centers, I guess Antro could move back to center for a night

we carried the 5 on 5 play, that leads me to believe we can get back in it if the dumb mistakes are eliminated

tough part is they don't move their D-men up. They hang back and take advantage of mistakes at the blue line....

It's going to take a scramble with shots high on rebounds to beat Thomas.

thing is it's impossible to know if he got the message if they won't let him play

sending a message is sitting a guy our for a game, maybe two, not 10.

still feel like something bigger is going on

on the plus side we looked like the better team even strength, just gotta stay out of the box.

he sat for a handful of games, ramsay let him play and didn't like what he saw, and has sat him another handful of games. it's not a conspiracy theory.

what does he want to see though? the period he got to play was the hardest working period he's had for our team.

these are the lines i like

kane-little-stewart
enstrom-byfuglien

everything else just doesn't seem like it's working right now.
