Living together

Anyone else wish the WPVI 6 feature on Giroux living with the Briere family was a lot longer? It was nice that they did something during the week of the Eagles' first playoff game, but it seemed like a 45-second snippet that NHL Network or The Orange Line need to expand on (unless I missed it on TOL).

Carter might be more appropriate in the next season of Jersey Shore.

Reminds me of college when all the guys on our hockey team were roommates in the same apartment complex. It always a good thing when guys on the team like to spend hangout off the ice. The old 70's teams traveled everywhere by bus and hungout at Rexy's bar all the time. A team is better than a group of individuals.

Laviolette "allegedly" destroyed a coke machine while yelling at the guys in the locker room or something.

And by allegedly, I mean it actually happened.

Famous Laviolette moment from last season. After 2 periods (I think) the Flyers were playing like crap, and you could tell Lavi was mad. When someone asked a player what Lavi said to them, he said that a coke machine got the worst of it. Apparently Lavi beat the machine with a hockey stick

I'm thinking Briere's kids run him over daily. That's why he's sticks-a-swinging, elbows-a-flyin' on the ice.
