Pick up Malone?

In a league that counts hits, Malone is looking like a great FA option more and more each day. In a one-year league, the stats are G, A, PPP, SHP, Hits, SOG, and he has tons of Hits and SOG in addition to 10 goals and 17 assists, 15 of those points on the PP. I just traded Brown so I could use the extra hits, and I think Malone could continue to get numbers playing on that dangerous Tampa team. Is there anyone you would drop for him from this lineup?
C: Marleau, Kopitar, Stastny, Dubinsky, Sharp, Couture
LW: Ladd, Nash, Marleau, Sharp
RW: Nash, Hossa, Havlat, Giroux
D: Doughty, Green, Visnovsky, Shattenkirk, Edler
G: Miller, Howard, Anderson

I'm thinking since I just traded for Stastny and picked up Couture (dropped Gagne to do so) that I could use the help at LW and possibly spare a center. If anyone goes, it would have to be one of my Cs or one of the d-men (likely Edler). Would you drop Dubinsky or Edler for Malone, given that hits are a category? Dubinsky has 14 goals, 14 assists (one more point than Malone), but only has 9 PPP, 86 SOG, and 53 hits. Then again he does have 3 SHP. Anyway, enough rambling, anyone think it's worth dropping someone for Malone for the points, hits, and SOG?

I picked up Malone just as his hot streak was starting. He's been spectacular since then, generally getting at least a point per game. Are you in a keeper league?

Shattenkirk has slowed down majorly over the past two weeks. He may have some long term value but I'm of the opinion that his pace will continue to slow down this year. If you're in a one year league, i'd say he's the one to drop if you're picking up Malone.

Well I know for a fact that somebody in my league has their eye on Shattenkirk, so if I drop him I'm not getting him back. People seem to be really high on him, so I'm worried about dropping him. But still, I don't need all those d-men. Any other thoughts?
