Kreider in a 4-4 situation in OT could be very deadly here. :drool

I never understood that. After the WJCs last year, I figured everyone would want no part of him. Prior to it? He seemed fine. But I figured that everyone was finished of him after the WJCs, but people still seemed to want him for some reason.

We have a few puck hogs on the team.

At times its not a bad thing, but when there's guys wide open and the guy tries to be top gun, its frustrating.

Palmieri has missed two opportunities to set up his teammates. Once with Kreider on a 2 on 1. And then just before the period ended when he had his guys in front of the net and chose to try a wraparound.

Morin is another one that feels passes aren't a part of hockey.

I really like Coyle. He seems like one of the few kids on the team who keeps himself aware of the good pass.

So glad that Morin and Palmieri were not on the ice much, if at all, during the OT. I loved the forward choices during OT. Coyle and Kreider look slick together. I think they will cash in in the next few games.

Damn, man. Ortio looked fantastic. What a game by that kid. Gutty win by the US after the tie. That tie goal will break teams at times and the US persevered through it. Nice job.

Glad we got the W but we need to play better. Luckily this team is the toughest in our division.

Also, Coyle reminds me of Pavelski.

i thought Kreider and Bjugstad were by far our best forwards tonight. Kreider seemed to be one of our few players to pick out a pass. Bjugstad like Kreider is huge and fast and just dominated at times tonight.

Agreed, Coyle and Kreider will make some noise in this tournament IMO. Coyle looked like one of the best forwards on the team and Kreider was very good as well.

I would like to see Kreider replace Morin on the Bjugstad line. He looked great with Coyle, but I think Kreider would be deadly with Bjugstad and Bourque.

Morin ****ing sucked in this game. He puts up points at a junior level but in the 7 or so WJC games hes played hes been terrible.
