I had my day, or year, in the sun. Saints + Flyers made for an absolutely epic 2010 that would have made 2011 hard to top. When the post-season ends there will be other NFC teams at least who will have never won the Super Bowl. I've been a Saints fan for 16 years and got heckled my entire adolescence, for a whole year I finally got to talk back to people. If someone takes out the Falcons, I'll move forward feeling good.

Wow @ that running into the kicker penalty. I mean I understand the rules are the rules, but if a guy has that little of contact with the kicker and even is trying to hold him up, then is that rule really needed as it exists?

I don't know I think they called it because he jumped when it seemed like he didn't have to.

Looks like my 100 vbuck bet on the Seahawks paid off. Score! It more than paid for my bet on every game of the weekend plus the Oregon/Auburn game.

Maybe it was just me but did it look like Edwards pushed off on that catch? I doubt that game really matters though I feel like New England is going to run the AFC playoffs.

Can't wait to hear Caldwell's explanation for the TO with 0:29 to go.

Anyway, the AFC should be New England's now.
No way the Sanchize beats Brady at Gillette.
KC doesn't make it to the AFCCG since even if the win tomorrow they gotta go up against the league's best rush D (by far) - and running the ball is all they do.
Brady owns the Steelers.
The winner of Steelers/Ravens would probably be too worn out anyway.

I still give Baltimore the best chance to beat them, though.

I'll tell you one thing...as a die hard Eagles fan for the past 23 years, i hate when the seasons over and i am forced to start following Bruinzzzz hockey again.

Eagles message board> Bruins MB. The only good hockey now a days is the WJHC and the olympics. Until Julien is fired, it's not worth watching Bruins hockey.

Lets go Eagles! Give me something to be excited about!

Asante would end up with about 15 picks if people were afraid to throw to other side of the field.

We pick up him, we still need another CB for back up, given how poor our secondary is.

And then we need most help on the O-line and at LB.

Hopefully we can re-sign our FB and keep things rolling, but otherwise it just seems the same year after year.

I. Want. Asomugha. Now.

I dont care how you say it, Muga, Muwa, muawa, mua we need this guy.

We have the money.

We have a glaring hole there.

The Phillies just got Cliff Lee, cmon birds, show you care and try to compete with that!

Not like Id rather have aso then lee though.

1. Sign Nnamdi
2. Trade Kolb for a 1st.
3. Sign Backup QB
4. Draft LB & RG with the 2 firsts.

HOORAY!

Honestly here is my offseason prediction.

1. We will sign either Nnamdi or Bailey I think we will wind up with one or the other this will be the only move we make in FA unless we make a move and try to sign Ryan Kalil or Davin Joseph.
2. Kolb stays because Reid's asking price is to high.
3. We trade/draft an OL in the first round.
4. Draft a LB in the 2nd round.
5. Vick obviously gets the franchise tag.

The Cowboys payroll is around 148 million. The Eagles payroll this year was only 109 million we have the money. Moves will be made this offseason.

We still have Weaver he is under contract and is rehabbing he should play next year.

Also the FA LB class is pretty good this year. Barrett Ruud, Paul Posluszny, Chad Greenway, Stephen Tulloch.

I really want any of Mankins, Asomugha, D Joseph, J Joseph, Ruud, Posluzsny, etc.

I don't want J Joseph not sold on him he had one breakout year than went back to being average. Granted the whole team was terrible but still.

In reality I want Nnamdi and D Joseph than draft an outside LB in the first round. Eagles have to re-sign Mikell and Sims also. Sims should save us money though because he is still on his rookie contract which was huge.

The Cowboys don't have room to sign him their payroll is 2nd highest in the league. The salary cap will be back with the new CBA even if they set the cap at around 150mil. Which they might do so nobody has to cut room the Cowboys would only have about 2-5 million to spend.

You mean you weren't nervous last year when they played in Dallas? Or did you just chalk that up to not being nervous, just knowing they'd lose? I guess I would fall into that category last year. Last real playoff game I was nervous about was probably two years ago when they were at New York.
