Cedrick Desjardins is getting his second start tonight, Ellis is backing up FTR.

Here's to a good one.

Hopefully the Rangers play the way they did last game sans the turnovers and win this one 3-1.

Boyle, Prust, Gaborik

Nate "Boucher" Thompson

If you have Center Ice I think you will be getting the Sun Sports feed with Rich Peckham and "Chief" so enjoy that. They aren't that bad but chief is kind of a homer, especially on "penalty" calls.

Here's to a boring grind it out win!

After the way Gilroy played last game, this really surprises me.

The game is also airing on NHL Network, I have to say I am a bit surprised to see it on both channels, hopefully at least one of the feeds is MSG, but I doubt it.

Happy New Year to all! Here's to a good healthy new year filled with some great hockey!

Except for one bad giveaway, he played a solid game and rang one off the post. He deserves to be in there.

Del Zotto should play.

This is getting a little ridiculous.

I'm not ready to give up on Gilroy, but Del Zotto needs to play.

as I am watching nhl network, they changed their schedule...so it looks as if the rangers game is only on NHL Center Ice if you are not in the New York market

Not really. Their elite scorers (Stamkos, Marty, Vinny) are often outdone by awful goaltending, whereas Hank rarely costs us a game despite us lacking the elite forwards.

Not just that, but look at the GF for both teams. 118-119, the Rangers are getting scoring from many different places while Tampa is heavily reliant on their first line and power play. (Hence their top scorers having significantly greater numbers.)

Desjardins "deserves it" Boucher said.
Like skin care. I predict horrible moves from this rookie.

Tampa also has a -2 overall goal differential last I checked, which is amazing considering they are 2nd in the conference.
