New Jersey needs help on the blueline, so this move would make sense.

Nashville needs some top end scoring talent, something based around Tedenby+ for Suter?
How about Weber for Parise so Poile keeps his US kid Suter happy and acquires one of his best friends. Both teams get what they need, NJ with a solid defenseman and Nashville gets a top end forward that can put the puck in the net.

Whichever GM makes the call proposing this, the other GM is gonna ask for more. To the Devils, Parise is worth Weber+ and to Nashville, Weber is worth Parise+.

Honestly whats it matter to you? None of you money is going to him so why all the hate?

I understand not wanting to go to his site, i understand not believing anything he says, i even understand thinking people that believe him are stupid/gullible. What i dont get is hating him so much you want him stopped when he really doesnt have any effect on you (assuming you chose to ignore him).

I hate Justin Beiber and think hes a no talent hack but i dont sit there praying he goes broke and trying to convince people not to listen to his music and throwing a fit when someone does listen to him. If people want to go there let them, its not your choice what other people want to read and honestly you shouldnt care as much as you do.

There was a whole mega thread of that very proposal on the Devils board. It did not end well.

Parise isn't and shouldn't get traded anytime soon.

I was just throwing it out there about the Google thing. It's not my life's work or anything. At the end of the day yeah, people can do what they want. Doesn't make it right or smart though. If someone you knew gambled away half their income every month you'd have something to say to them. They could reply by saying "I can do what I want", but that doesn't make it right.

Well a bit different if someone i know is actually hurting themselves doing something as opposed to a stranger liking something i dont like that doesnt effect either of our lives... unless theyre some sort of Eklund addict and get fired from work for their addiction and sit at home all day clicking refresh on his sit.

But i hope nobody is that bad...

If Eklund was a monkey, he wouldn't be able to hit anyone with his feces.

Obviously Jack Johnson and Dustin Brown for Kovalchuk, to make Zach Parise happy. Lombardi is all about seeing his Team USA boys happy.

The money made comes from ad revenue.

I don't understand why you have to take such a hard stance on the matter. If you don't like the material or the guy, great. Don't support it. That's your opinion. Who cares if other people are entertained by it, and why do you have to take such a dedicated campaign against it?

Serious question: Has Eklund ever correctly predicted a trade?

I don't remember who calculated it, but he's right on 2% of transactions or so. I think he just guesses and with such vague details that he's bound to be right 1/50 times.

Problem is...

If Eklund gets a trade right its:
Lol Eklund just stole it from someone else so it doesnt count, anyone can copy other peoples rumors.

If Eklund gets a trade wrong its:
Lol Eklunds wrong he just makes up stuff, anyone can make up rumors.
