Maybe some of this guys can steal a spot..they have important experience from small rinks.
Sörensen would certainly have been a option but he had a horrible injury and can't play more this season I think.
Sylvegård wasn't one of the best forwards in his agegroup (1993) before he went over to QMJHL. He doesn't seem to be ripping it up this year either. Blidstrands numbers doesn't impress, don't know how he has been playing.
Albin Blomqvist might be worth considering, big physical stay at home d-man, used to small ice. However I doubt he is even considered, I think they will only bring CHL-payers that really stand out.
Should Rasmus Edström be considered in the race? Was really good before his injury, and now back and has been SAIKs best D resent games.
Hasn't been in any pre-camps(?), but if Styrman could be in last year Edström can't be such a stretch. Styrman, who he outshones every game.
Pontus Åberg - Johan Larsson - Mika Zibanejad
Rikard Rakell - Victor Rask - Ludvig Rensfeldt
Sebastian Collberg - William Karlsson - Filip Forsberg
Max Friberg - Johan Sundström - Adam Pettersson
Jonas Brodin - Oscar Klefbom
Patrik Nemeth - John Klingberg
Mattias Bäckman - Daniel Gunnarsson
Im ok with those players but i think Larsson and Sundström will be on the top line. Im almost 100% sure Nordstrom will make the roster, which means that Rask will be left out or be moved to the wing. Also not sure about Pettersson.
I'm starting to feel serious about my conspiracy-theory that Adam "Sundsvalls only hope" Pettersson is being overlooked by Rönnberg and Anders Forsberg* because they want to keep a team from Norrland in SEL-2.
*The arguement is that he gets more ice time in Sundsvall than if he were to play on a team stacked with forwards but if he keeps playing like when I've seen him he could very well take a higher spot. Besides, those long bus-rides steal loads of valueble practice-hours...
