Time to wrap up the tourny and talk a little about our players.. Few things that really bothered me in almost all of our players where ; Balance and puck handling

+ Carried the team on his shoulders
+ Rarely made a play that ended up on opposing team
+ Mostly won battles in the corners (which is not his job)
- Didnt shoot enough
- Too obviously wanted to pass to Pulkkinen
Teemu Pulkkinen +
- Atleast 100 shots wide
- Gave about ten no look passes in neutral zone straight to opposing team
- Over passed numerous times
+ Played physical against Swe
+ Was productive point wise
Markus Granlund +
+ Visible against Czechs
- Disapeared against Canada, and most of the toughest opponents
- Didnt help first line only made it worse against Canada, Sweden, Usa
Konsta Mäkinen ++
- Shyed physical contact from time to time (especialy against Canada)
+ Was prolly the best D for opening passes and in rising from d-zone
+ Puck posession good
- Few times was caught out of position
Jani Hakanpää +
+ Pretty good at cleaning the crease
- Stiff in turns which caused automaticly pressure in our d-zone
+ Propably the only D who was able to match physical play
- Also caught out of position few times
I would have Aaltonen in good-category, Ristolainen was average. It was frustrating to watch him he had all the skills and had very strong shifts but had very very bad positioning in defensive-zones which ended up as goals. Armia was ok not good. Had couple good games and couple bad. Was really bad on bronze game. I think that salomäki was better. I would slot Konsta Mäkinen in bad category. Ofc he showed some flashes but Took some very stupid penalties and made stupid plays in defensive-zone. Pulkkinen has still very bad decisionmaking he refuses to shoot in good scoring chance but shoots in extremely stupid places in bad angle and without screen. Most of our PP was bad because of bad imagination they only tried to play to Pulu to use his holy slapper.
