I missed the atl game, but you can notice an immediate impact on the PP, because he gets his shots through and its hard. I think a guy like Gionta is gonna benefit from this the most.

He delivers a good first pass. His vision has actually caught me off guard a little bit.

He's been playing the penalty kill as well, so he's instantly become a crucial member of the team.

So far, he's been a net gain, and it needs to stay that way.

So what your saying is you want us to tank for a lottery pick? I would rather make the playoffs myself.

Five points in three games, so Wisniewski hasn't learned Martin's system yet...

He's been great up to now, I hope that somehow he can stay this way. And that somehow we can bench Spacek once in a while. I'm tired of the 'he's been facing the best lines' excuses in his case, because it doesn't matter who you face there's no reason for at least half the give-aways he does.

Wiz/Subban yes, Weber no

Hopefully we can unload weber at the deadline for some improvement up front..He's too weak, and you can see he struggles in front of the net with bigger guys. Even on the boards. It would be nice if he could hit somewhere near the net with his shot on the PP, instead of missing and it clearing the zone all the time. You can see a major difference with the Wiz who is much stronger on his skates yet not really a huge big guy on D. Anyways, unload Weber for someone else, I don't see huge upside with him...

Wiz is better offensively than any of the other D we have right now, so yeah Weber looks bad compared to him but that doesnt mean he's playing badly...

and trading him ?... Hammer and Gill with on the last year of their contract, Spacek the following summer... let go of another D, makes sense yeah...

Why include Weber in this. He hasn't shown anything. I would take a healthy Gorges over him.

He's shown he can be a steady NHL d-man with some very good offensive upside...not sure why people are so obsessed with including him in every trade suggestion, we need to get younger and more mobile on defense.

I don't see it. He hasn't looked very steady at all and his offensive game hasn't been impressive at all yet.

His transition game is a huge upgrade over Picard Spoacek and Gill but it hasn't yet translated into points, mostly on the PP.

agreed, he can move the puck better then Gill and Picard, but I don't see him as showing he's been steady and while I love his shot, so far it's not done much for us. It's too bad as we sorely need any additional offense.
