I've bought tickets from them before. Got 200 level tix for $5. I actually posted that in the ticket exchange thread. However, I had an issue with them buying tickets for a Kings/Coyotes game in Phoenix. I was searching the arena map for tickets and prices. I found some in the suite level for $5 a ticket. GIven the deal i've gotten on Kings tickets, I didn't think twice and bought them. Well, unfortunately, I bought parking passes. Nothing ever indicated that they were parking passes except they have a little "i" icon next to the tickets where they are all listed on the right and if you hover over it, it says they are parking passes. However, I never looked at that because I was looking at the arena. I tried to get a refund but they weren't very helpful as they have a no refund policy. I filed a complaint with my bank because I think it is misleading that they have parking passes show up on the arena map as if they are tickets. At least I won't have to pay for parking in Phoenix where I won't have my car!
This is the same site as Tony posted. Finally got our tickets but they are not in the sections that we ordered from. Trying to contact them to fix this but it looks doubtful.
Don't think I would use them again. Why is an oversea's company selling Los Angeles tickets anyhow?
Please post back here after. I'd like to hear the result after my fiasco.
They are the same company as stubhub just based out of London. I guess they advertise themselves and an international ticket broker. If you look at the actual page for Kings tickets on there, there isn't much. I think they must get ahold of some discounted tickets and liquidate them occasionally because this is the 3rd time I've seen them selling tickets for Kings games very cheap the day before the game. The one time I bought them, there was no problems. THe only problem I've had withthem was them selling parking passes as Suite level tickets and not willing to issue a refund. They also have no phone number to call, just an email address that takes a day to get a response. Just lousy customer service altogether.
Sorry to hear that. Are they at least in the same section (100's, 200's or 300's) as you bought?
Yes. Still in the 100 level. I'm happy about that. So far customer service has been somewhat responsive answering email questions timely but I guess they had no resolution as to where the tickets were located.
