Let me show you to isle 4....Paper plates, napkins, plastics knives and forks, and most importantly.....tissues for your tears.

Seriously though...if it were my star I would be pissed and looking to blame anyone as well. It was incidental contact....no fault for anyone IMO.

So, Dave Steckel lives across the street from me. I was minding my own business, walking into Starbucks while texting on my iPhone. That jerk did even bother to jump out of the way when I came around the corner and ran into him.

Hot coffee, all over me. I think I'm going to sue. Any of you lawyer types want to take up my case?

After Crosby's voice was cracking during his hissy at the refs in Washington maybe Steckel knocked him into puberty.

I think the caps should be forced to forfeit the game. And Dave the hitman Steckel should go to jail. For the Benterment of the league.

All for a mere $100 bounty.

Don't sue. You're lucky all you got was hot coffee on you. Next time you'll be in a hospital with a cracked skull with Sidney.

The funniest part of this, as I said on the main board, is that if Steckel had actually had the puck, instead of just being interfered with, everyone would just chalk it up to Sid getting the worst of a hit he instigated. But since Steckel didn't have the puck, everyone tries to find a way to blame him.

I now know why he is trained so much on media speak. He is as whinny as can be when he isn't spewing out cliches.

just for ***** and giggles, i just watched the replay again. about 12 dozen times. steckel's skating in a straight line, and even shrugs his right side away from crosby. crosby circles directly. ****ing. into. steckel.

by some folks' logic, i guess if a player dives head first into another player's knee (fully on purpose--imagine matt cooke or daniel briere, and it's not too hard to picture), and the diving player gets a head injury, it's... uhm... suspendable?

it's times like these when i curse al gore for inventing these internets.

Yeah... this thread title isn't troll bait at all.
Bonus points since it's coming from a global.

Anyhoo, same old, same old in the west. Between 45 and 48 points, straddling the playoff cutoff point, you have nine teams. Should be a fun second half, that's for sure.

Minnesota, LA (45 pts)
St. Louis, Phoenix (46 pts)
San Jose, Colorado, Chicago (47 pts)
Nashville, Anaheim (48 pts)

What? Dave Steckel had the quickness and agility of a jungle cat, and was able to successfully target and eliminate one of the NHLs fastest and strongest skaters. He is our most feared player and truly the entire world is his oyster.

NHL Store reports Dave Steckel jerseys are on backorder right now and the waiting list is 6 months long.

She played that character Carina a couple of times. Yummy.

Isles blow a lead with four seconds left, and are now in OT against the Avalanche.

Just like that they get it back, Tavares scoring one hell of a goal in OT. On the road too. Nice little run the Islanders are on right now.

They keep this up, and Snow is going to have to trade someone else!

Juggernaut Kevin Poulin with his first NHL win.

Rumor has it a @#!!1!davespeckel tweeted he was going to change his number to 33. Probably after Marty McSorley, of course.
