Oh boy.
What exactly do you have a problem with? Torts has worked wonders with our young players and I expect him to get the most that anyone can out of Wolski. What do you want him to say? Do you want Torts to tell the press that Wolski has a free pass to not do the work that everyone else is doing? That Wolski shouldn't have to buy in? I don't understand this desire to jump on Torts for every inane comment.

Is...is this really the rangers??? Its this real life?
Yes. It's good.

Wolski is second #NYR player to wear No. 86. First was Jeremy Williams, for a glorious 3:43 on October 24.
I love Jesse Spector, he always has personality and little quips in his reports.

So wolski just got there a few hours ago? Are there any reports that he got to practice with the team today?

He did not make the optional skate this morning.

Tortorella had a good laugh when told Wolski said he was looking forward to playing a "run and gun" style with the Rangers.

He missed the optional skate as he was still in the air, so I'd imagine not.

Same here !
73 LW 1st line drafted 2nd by the Bruins. Here's too a long career. Good lord I hate you can simulate!

He didn't say anything about Wolski? I was referring to the "He got screwed" by Torts. More of a joke, than anything.

My bad. Thought you were talking about the "he will have to play defense too" comment.

I was pissed off all day today thinking I couldn't watch the game since I have a re-exam in mathematical statistics tomorrow, which I thought was scheduled in the morning. Turns out it isn't until 2 pm, so I can watch the game while I "study".

I hope Wolski comes out firing on all cylinders. If he isn't fired up in his debut at the Garden vs the Habs, will he ever be?

Actually really pumped up for the game. Hoping Wolski makes a good first impression here.

I hate living in Europe. I always fall asleep by the second period with the time difference.

I hope Wolski can show something in his first game, being given the chance to play with Gaborik. I kinda find it un-Torts like putting him on a line where he'll get so many minutes with him just coming here, especially since he's barely played over 20 minutes in his last three games combined.

So Wolski is definitely playing tonight? Do you guys already know on which line he will?
You got a new guy cheering for your team (at least a bit) by acquiring Wojtek

He's playing on 1b with Anisimov and Gaborik.

First the Norwegians, now you darn Polskis!

Wolski's going to be playing with Anisimov and Gaborik, which has been our second line. Trust me, we're hoping he does good even more than you are.

Haha, know whatca mean. Gotta make a choice between sleeping or stay up until about 4am and be completely dead at the university. To be honest the hockey seem to win everytime.

On another note, Wolski gets his first goal tonight

I understand he needs to get his chance, but let's not act like Wolski is entitled to the top 6.

All three can finish and pass. Some great hands, good vision and nice finish on this line. If they can find any chemistry it could be a good line. I see Anisimov and Wolski as a good pairing.
It's not like Wolski uses his size.

Haha, started watching the NHL (especially the Avs) because of Wojtek and now I'm watching every Avs game and I really became a fan, although Wolski is gone

I'm still having some faith in #86, hoping he can prove how great of a player he is. Hope Torts can get him working and living up to his potential. Good luck on that, guys!
Thanks for the quick answers
By the way, I hate the Habs anyway

Anyway, I love that trade, it's like 1 am when Rangers home games start, and 4 am when the Coyotes start (Avs 3 am, so I couldnt follow Wojtek very detailed).

I keep seeing this 1A and 1B type abbreviations. Can someone tell me what they mean?

Leetch is here!

And it's so weird seeing Rosy behind a different backdrop on the little name plate thing they do on MSG.
