Sorry for the randomness, but I remember that game against Ryan Miller.

Anyways this game could get ugly if the Caps start with their bad habits again. I am interested to see if Alzner-Carlson will be assigned against the Sedins.

What wouldn’t I give to see OV dominate the way he used to… I’d bet Nick would catch on fire too…
Agh, who am I kidding, I better pick up another bottle of Stoli on the way home.

You know, the more I think about it, the more I think Ovi being told to tone it down or we will suspend your ass, is inside his head. You and Milkman, kiss and make up at the all star game. He is not playing the game naturally like he did his first few years. Admittedly, he could be "saving it up" for the playoffs, but last playoffs, I didnt really see it. the proverbial switch flipped on.

The last sighting of Ovi the unbridled hitting machine was when he launched the towering inferno Hill Gill and puck into the net. Talk about a facepalm, he must have thought to himself, what does a guy gotta do. Be a gentile emotionless robot. That was a goal of the year candidate in my circles.

NHL = No Harming League

OV has been hitting though. I can't remember the player, but he all out leveled a Florida player. One of his best hits.

Was that after Nick got hit? He used to have multiple big hits per game, didnt he? Now I maybe see one per game. Maybe, in italics.

New Capitals drinking game -

Everytime a Capital is tossed from the Face off you drink. Don't think you'll be standing at the end of the first period.

They keep statistics for just about everything. If we are not leading the league in getting tossed from the dot, we have to be near the top.

Actually, a whale is a dolphin:

and dolphins are whales. duh.

I toast all bogus calls and non calls that screw the caps. Double that cost a goal. Wanna drink, go for attempted shots. Or anything that shows up on the stat sheet.
