This board is starting to become become nearly unreadable. No matter what topic it is, the same subjects keep popping up, and the debates are starting to degenerate and people are starting to take shots at each other. It's ridiculous.
I say people need to lighten up. This happened last year, too. We should be a little better-equipped to deal with a poor stretch of hockey, knowing that. At least attempt to be civil. Agree to disagree. If you can't, then put the other on ignore for a little while or something. This isn't a pro-life vs. pro-choice debate or economy or civil rights issue. It's hockey.
I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I keep having this in mind as the ultimate goal, but of late I've been doing vastly more to perpetuate the problem, and for that I want to apologize. Should be trying to restore civility by being civil, not by trying to win. Oops.
I will endeavor to do better in the future.
Remember - when you're a hockey fan, it's not "reckless driving", it's "good forechecking".

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!
As one of the guilty parties, I think you're right, and I apologize. I want the Jackets to win so bad that emotions can get the best of me. We're all on the same team here.
I honestly like everyone on here(except for Samkow). I even like Viqsi.
Posting in these parts is of course going to be less fun when the team has played the way it has in recent weeks. The best advice we can give you is to use the ignore poster or thread functions and hope for the best. Rules aren't being broken.
