A fan asked this on Facebook, and the official response was that there was no plan in place. These are simply being auctioned off; however, if they're making them at all, I would suspect this could be a prototype for a possible switch to a full-time blue-white-black color scheme.

That is in fact what I've heard. The whites that you see were a prototype that got scrapped and we will have a new set of home/away jerseys for next season. No other details yet though...

If thats the case then I like it. Those white ones are good, but they needed to add more blue in the front...to plain in the front. From the side and back it looks very Sharp

It would make sense, honestly, because we use the 3rd jersey as our home jersey 80% of the time...on top of the fact that most of the fans have 3rd jerseys instead of home/away jerseys (And the ones that don't have them have the old home/away or the OLD 3rd jersey).
2. I just hope it's something that sticks out. In a good way. Leaves a good impression and whatnot. The current home/away is so...I dunno. The third jersey is definitely my favorite, one of the sexiest in the league IMO.

I'm bummed that the whites aren't going to be the new away jerseys. Whatever. As long as they change our current home jerseys. They look like short sleeved t-shirts being worn over long sleeved t-shirts.

It was a made-up statistic based on how many games I go to, which are mostly Saturday games with a few Thursday games thrown-in. No need to pull out the technicalities in a chill conversation like this.
Where can I buy one of these? Or are they just strictly auctioned for charity?
check the auction table at the games. it seems as if they have had those white jerseys there a couple of times.

it would be nice, (but unrealistic--unfortunately), if the Preds would take a lead and somehow offer "woman sizes" in the new jerseys........and not the boxy shapeless jerseys...

This is all a bogus rumor based on a yellow tshirt in the pro shop. There's gray t shirts as well, are we thinking we might get a gray jersey?
I don't think we're even allowed to "substitute" a yellow for white.
I just can't see the Predators doing all this work to remove yellow\gold from the arena, Gnash's face, even our opening video has some sort of blue\silver filter on it...only to bring back a color that was the laughingstock of the NHL at the time.
