Bah.

Got a much needed point, but if the Flames hadn't crapped the bed in the first half they would've won.

That deserved a facepalm and to blow that freakin lead.

Hold your head high boys, everyone put in an honest, hard effort, Pardy, tough luck dude, outside of those 2 crap luck deflections you had a very solid game.

I'm liking what i've been seeing out of this team the last dozen or so games, we're playing together and working hard, yeah we'll probably be the crap luck award winner in the league at the end of the year, but like i said previously the hardest working teams come out on top.

Yeah, coming back from 4 goals down in Montreal isn't an easy feat, take the positive and move on. 75% of the possible points on a road trip can't be scoffed at no matter what team you are, and its good to see there's some fight in them.

Olé Olé isn't a victory chant buddy. How many time we have to repeat that again. We chant it some game when we are trailing.

Well then it can have different meanings depending on when you guys sing it... and in this case (and almost every other case) it was a victory chant.

Pardy sucks, i love his skill at shooting right into shot blockers. Put my man Mikkelson back in.

6 out of 8 points on road trip, pretty good.

I never really "loved" PK. I have a negative opinion of his character/personality but he is a good hockey player and will continue to improve. I was a bigger fan of Eberle, Tavares and Ellis that year.

No it wasn't. The only victory chant Habs fans use is the Nah nah hey goodbye one.

The ole, though I don't particularly like it, is about cheering the team. It is actually much closer to the good old "Go Habs Go".

Not quite. He was caught in "No Mans Land" on the Halpern goal & OT winner.
Also waved his stick on Kostitsyn goal.
Really needs work on positioning.

just because you cheer for a team you don't have to like the players... just because Marchment was a Flame doesn't mean I adopted or ever loved him...

I can't speak for other guys but I don't pay alot of atention to individual players at the World Juniors... I cheer for team Canada as a whole but unless there is a Flames prospect I don't follow the individuals closely... this year I payed special attention to Erixon, Ramage and Ortio... then I watched Schenn a bt closer than others because of the rumors involving him and Iginla

when Subban was on team Canada he was just like every other player

Am I the only one who thinks the flames make the Playoffs this Year and I am A Oil fan. I think alot of people are underestimating this team they will slowly start picking of teams in front of them There is alot of quality players on this team, and are showing alot of resiliance

I continue to be impressed with Karlsson. Aside from two bad games, he's played well when called upon. I wouldn't be against him starting tomorrow night against the Wild.

It's a shame the Flames played a horrible first period in this game, or we could very easily be talking about a win. Hopefully Sarich's injury is nothing too serious.

6 out of 8 points on this road trip, not bad.

PK is a beast. He's gonna be on the 2014 Olympic team. I know an NHL player who actually shows he's a human being and not a robot is frowned upon, but I love the way Subban plays the game. His swagger is completely deserved; he comes up from the AHL against the number 1 seed in the playoffs, assumes the role of #1 defenseman, then proceeds to help lock down Sidney Crosby the next round. He never looks overmatched, and that's incredible for a guy his age.

People may never fully embrace him, but he's on my list of jerseys to buy after the a Crown Royal Doughty.

If this team makes the playoffs, they will need to massively overachieve. In my mind, there's just not enough skill or finish to consistently get things done on a nightly basis. 3-2 win over Ottawa, a shootout win over Toronto, and an OTL to Montreal where Alex Auld was in net don't exactly inspire confidence that this team can go toe-to-toe with Detroit, Vancouver etc nightly.

My biggest fear is that this team squeaks enough points out to finish out of prime draft position but still out of the playoffs. And I have no desire to be the Oilers of a few years ago, hovering between 7-10 in the West in perpetuity.
