Jordie Vs. Michael

Hey guys,
This would be my first thread ever, sorry if this is better suited in the prospects thread.

I was reading an entry on the DFW Sports-day site, about Jordie Benn and his progress with the Texas Stars as well as the possibility of him breaching the NHL. So this arose a general question about James Neal's brother (Michael) and whether he stands a (minimal) chance of playing in the NHL. If there is a chance, is it higher than Jordie's?
Has anyone watched their play ?
Are they AHL players at best?

i suspect they are both ahlers at best. I know its a feel good story but an article about a player whos been a healthy scratch for most of the season in the trying to make the nhl is kind of ridiculous. let the guy accomplish something before the hype.

Michael Neal isn't even an AHLer. He's barely an average ECHLer.

I don't see Jordie Benn ever really cracking the NHL, either, but he's got a better shot than Michael Neal.

I'll be shocked if either one of them make it to the big league, especially if Michael does.

Jordie may get a cup of coffee one day, Michael's hockey career is about over unless he likes the ECHL life

I've seen both play at the AHL level and can safely say that you will never see them in the NHL in a Dallas sweater.
