Surprise! Kings Lose Again 2-1!

Pros:

Westgarth looked good!

Cons:

We choked another 3rd period tie!
We lost again!
Quick gave up a soft goal when we needed a save!
We're fading out of the playoffs!

Also we didn't play badly, but we are playing a team that's only won now TWO GAMES in EIGHT.

And guess who those two wins were against?

We were better off losing in those high-scoring games. At least those were entertaining.

That had to be the most boring game I have watched all season. The Blues looked just as bad.

seven points out of playoffs isn't the end of the world. We still have a good chance, we just need to get hot, team looked a step slow out there. Not sure if was because the speed of the blues or the team was just tired from back to back games.

Just curious... Does bernier make that save?

I just don't see us making the playoffs.

Too many teams are, you know, getting 3 point games.

We can't even force OT against a team who's been playing terribly.

It's sad that I predicted this team wouldn't make the playoffs in the off-season.

The only way the offense could start suddenly working is if the Kings could get Al MacInnis and Al Iafrate out of retirement. As a fan with absolutely no power I demand a major trade or a coach fired! Now!

It's not just 3 points. We also have to pass 4 teams.

The only teams we are ahead of in the West are the Jackets, Flames, and Oilers.

All those games in hand are gone. We just look dead.

A loss in OT tonight? Okay, we still get a point. We still keep up with other teams. But you can't be tied 1-1 with 6 minutes left and let in one of the softest goals by any goalie all year.

Bring up ****ing Jones.

Will Lombardi ever learn that maybe a firing would be for the best? Look at the year the Pens won the cup, look at the Hawks, Flyers.

Murray is just horrible man, they need someone else
