That my friends, is vintage Panthers hockey.

I guarantee every single person walks out of that game with a smile on their face.

That's the sad part, it's not even surprising it happens so often.

And we lose in OT again...

Garrison had an awful game... turnovers, and he was wandering out there.... still dont understand how when Caber was healthy Garrison plays and Ellerby gets sent down

groundhog day yet again!!!

That face off where they scored the tying goal should have been outside the zone. Clearly off of Vermette on the replay. I'm getting tired of getting the short end on borderline calls!

I'm done tonight. Not gonna waste energy argueing bout this team tonight. Goodnight

I've thought all season that this team had a chance to make the playoffs, but the past two games have shown me this team is no different from past seasons.

This was the turning point. Time to start looking forward to that 5-10th overall pick.

The last two games are perfect examples why we are not a playoff team. Tallon should dump olesz, allen, and vokoun (if we can't sign him) next.

1. Olesz soft play on the defenseman at the end. (I think everyone was like wtf)
2. Allen misses an empty net. (ditto)

I beat I could beat allen in a best of 10 goal line to goal line goals. Get the heck outta here.
You're a freaking pro and you can't make a simple play like that with no one anywhere near you.

Goldstein can't say "perfect penalty-kill" anymore.

i hope they have a closed door meeting after this one and someone lock them in until they figure out a way to not play like pansies with the lead.

That's just it, though, it doesn't matter what we all think on that front, it's up to the front office and how the handle things moving forward. They're going to look at us getting 8 of the last 10 points available, and I don't think they're going to start trading pieces off based on that. However, there are some guys who I think should be moved off in the near future, so we'll see what Tallon does moving forward.

The Florida Panthers are a lot like Bruce Willis in The Sixth Sense...

(spoiler alert)

.... they are already dead but they don't know it.

It's clear to those of us who have followed this team, that the three game winning streak was an illusion. THIS is the Florida Panthers. This team will not make the playoffs.

Tallon, I'm sure, realizes it. That's why the season ticket renewals went out earlier than ever. That's why they are trying to get people to sign for two years. The sooner that becomes obvious (allowing the organization to openly sell), the better it is for the future. The present... it's already dead.

Sigh.

OK. Word of reason: we're now another point away from drafting a potentially gamebreaking forward.

These losses don't really bother me that much anymore.
