kennedy and white would have to go thru re-entry waivers so rangers aren't going to risk that...

and my guess is dupont is a healthy scratch but they wanted to have an extra guy for the road trip

or they can give Dupont a chance for the injured Fedotenko. both are physical players. kolarik is more of a pa pareanteau type player. small but does nothing good enough to stay in the nhl.

(In no particular order)
Gaborik Anisimov Dubinsky
Zuccarello Stepan Wolski
Prust Boyle Fedotenko
Frolov Drury Callahan

Avery

Maybe best forward group in the NHL as a whole.
you forgot Prospal and EC as well. Boogaard (if he counts). The depth keeps going and going. It is nice to see the Whale-kids get a shot. This may be their only chance to ever play in the NHL.

Good god, I totally forgot about Prospal. I don't know if EC would fit in their, but maybe to play with Gaborik and make another line stronger?

I'm salivating at the possibility of what this team could do when totally healthy.

I guess i'm the only one who was expecting much worse than 2-4 weeks.

On the brighter side at least the all-star game/break is right around the corner, The team will get some much deserved rest and hopefully cally, feds and MIRACULOUSLY prospal, will be back with us after the break.

once white was sent down that was it for him because of his cap hit if he was taken off waivers... but for Kennedy, geeze it HAS to be frustrating for him to see guy after guy taken over him who he has more NHL experience over when his cap hit if claimed would be relatively negligible. i feel bad for the guy.

And it's a nice win but Toronto really looked horrible--nice to get the two points but I wouldn't get too hyped about it--they're not really a good team.
I have faith in the callups, besides Callahan will be back soon.

And maybe Avery and Anisimov now step up their game. And it looks like Gaborik got his confidence back.

can they just try and call up Tim Kennedy, it wont affect the cap that much ,300,000 if he gets picked up............I say go for it, they have to have someone as a spare on the road trip
I really want Kennedy called up just to show what a mistake it was to send him down at the start of the season.

Lets wait a few games. I am a Gaborik Fan but look at the teams he scores against and when he scores this season. We have to see if he can do it in tight games.

He really, honestly should -- there was clear intent to injure in his actions. There's no place for that in the game.

He called it a tomahawk? That's hardcore.

I like Eminger more and more every day.

Not a good lip reader, but I thought he I saw Torts mouth "Grade two??" to Ramsey before the start of the third period.

2-4 weeks, so we'll see what Chad has got.

It really is ridiculous - it seems like every game we hear about a new injury.

Not a big Feds fan, but definitely contributed to the bottom-six role of our team. It's more annoying that the injuries keep piling up then the fact that Feds is out of the lineup for 2-4 weeks though.

This sucks, but I guess it could be worse (IDK, trying to find SOME silver lining at this point). Let's hope the team can scrap together some points over the next week + and get Cally back (and EC soon?).

Also, I was/is a huge Orr fan. But my god, he's just reckless as all hell these days. That was brutal what he did to Eminger. Thankfully he's ok.
