Can't wait to see Okposo play. Great to have Nielsen back too. But with Jurcina out now as well, DP will have his work cut out for him.

Frans Nielsen, Andrew MacDonald and Kyle Okposo will be wearing the "A" tonight. #Isles
Not sure if giving KO an 'A' already is a nice sign of the respect he's earned in the locker room or the clearest indication that we lack any semblance of veteran leadership on this club.

Would be very surprised if Cappy actually has OK playing a LW spot for the first time in his NHL career after being away from the game all year.
That would be a puzzler. Stick PA over there if he has to. PA likes to drift left side anyway.

No Schremp. Really? Colliton could grind it up on the 4th line and Schremp could center and push Bailey out to wing. I hate this move, especially considering its Gillies who is taking his spot.

Once KO is back for good I think PAP is done and will get the Tambellini treatment.

Good point, but then again, we could probably pose the same question last year as well.

As far as DP starting goes I love it, he is still one of my favorite Islanders, I never got the hate for him amongst Isle fans, it's not like he asked to be hurt like he has been over the past few years, and it's not his fault Wang gave him a 15 yr deal. DP is 4-0 the last four games with a .942 SV % to boot. I still say hes the most important player for the Islanders to have success, as the season goes on he's going to keep getting better, you dont play 13 games in two years and expect to be right back in form right away, it takes awhile and I think his play of late is showing he's headed back in that direction. With all that said I say Isles win 4-2 tonight. Tavares, Moulson, Comeau and Nielsen throws in the empty netter.

Thank you ziggy! Glad I'm not alone.

Also, really like the Shrimp scratch and playing Gillies. But that's just me.

Don't get Schremp sitting? Very happy to see KO back. Going to the game with my kids tonight so hoping for a good one!

Apparently there's good reason...

He's having his tatoos removed.

London (, Canada) written on an American crest.

Holtby in tonight, it seems like, which means we'll make him look like the second coming of Roy between the pipes.

Things I did today:
1. Went to NVMC bought 2 tickets for night.
2. Went to class at NCC.
3. Went to my girlfriends house to meet up for the game.
4. Reached in my back pocket and pulled out nothing. They are somewhere on the ground in the G building at NCC.

THIS SUCKS. Now I'm going to buy a 12 pack and drink angrily while watching on tv.

I'm hoping that PAP can get two assists tonight so NHL.com can finally stop showing Wiz leading our team in assists.

If you bought it with a card do you have an out?

Even though its Ovy you could probably get into the building for 10 bucks a piece.

Sorry to hear that dude.

Back pockets are just for show. I never put anything in them.

Since Schremp is sitting, and you'll be watching from home. The game is destined to be a shoot out thrilla!!!
